Transition

Transfer and Transition are a key area of practice within the LA at all levels of compulsory schooling and we have been invited to participate in a national DFES led action research based pilot project on strengthening transfers and transition.

 

This project is likely to support the use and development of a new online self-evaluation tool which focuses on KS2 – KS3 transfer. This can be found by following the link below:
