Investigating Languages is used widely across Coventry in Key Stage 2 to broaden children's experience of languages and to develop children's knowledge about language, language learning strategies and intercultural understanding.  Used alongside and in combination with the development of a focus language, children develop their literacy and oracy skills.  The teacher is supported by a CD Rom with audio files in order to support their language skills and sample lesson outlines to support their planning which reference progression through the KS2 Framework for Languages.  On this page you will find resources and websites to support Investigating Languages.
